Dora Creek WWTW
This DSP details the developer charges relative to the Dora Creek Wastewater Treatment Works and the Dora Creek Effluent Transfer Main. The DSP is restricted to those assets within the Wastewater Treatment Works site, the Dora Creek Effluent Transfer Main and the growth in sewage flow from the Dora Creek Wastewater Transportation System as shown on Exhibit 2, located in Appendix A.
The Dora Creek sewerage transportation system delivers sewage flows to Dora Creek WWTW. Treated effluent is transferred to Eraring Power Station via the Dora Creek Effluent Transfer Main. From 2010 the transfer main will be extended to Carey Bay where treated effluent combines with treated effluent from Toronto and Edgeworth WWTWs. From Carey Bay the treated effluent is transferred to Belmont via the Toronto Effluent Pipeline. At Belmont it is combined with treated effluent from Belmont WWTW and is discharged to ocean via the Belmont Ocean Outfall. Developer charges for the sewerage transportation system are also applicable to the service area for the Dora Creek WWTW and are contained in the Dora Creek Sewerage Transportation System DSP.
