Your Account

As a Hunter Water customer, you will receive three (3) accounts each year, unless you are a major commercial customer with alternate billing arrangements.

Water bills are issued during a defined billing cycle and are usually issued after meter reading in your area has been completed.

The three Hunter Bill Cycles are:

  • 1 July to 31 October
  • 1 November to 28 February
  • 1 March to 30 June
