Payment Options

Direct Debit

Hunter Water can directly debit your nominated cheque or savings account.

The amount owed to us can be debited on the due date, or you can make smaller regular direct debit payments in advance.

Download and complete a Direct Debit Application Form from the website click here, sign it and return to Hunter Water or call us on 1300 657 657 to provide your nominated cheque or savings account details or we can also post an Application Form to you if you prefer.

Telephone & Internet Banking – BPAY

Call your bank, credit union or building society to pay our account from your cheque or savings account.

Hunter Water’s BPAY Biller Code is 747717.

Your Reference Number can be found on the front of your bill next to the BPAY logo. Your reference number is 11 digits long.

Pay at any Australia Post Office

You can pay in person at any Australia Post Office. Credit Cards are not accepted.

Pay by Credit Card – BPOINT

You can pay your account by using your credit card through BPOINT. You can do this by telephoning BPOINT on 1300 276 468  or by clicking here.
