Retail Operations

Customer account management, including metering and billing activities, are our key focus. We manage a range of services to ensure that our billing and metering functions perform reliably and accurately.  Embracing new innovative technology in metering will bring new levels of service to our customers.

Customer Services

Our mission is to make it hassle free for our customers to do business with us: Our Contact (Call) Centre caters for all telephone and electronic contacts, while our Customer Centres are conveniently located for personal service and attention. The Case Investigation Team are located in our Head Office at Newcastle for assistance with more complex issues and facilitate access to the Electricity & Water Ombudsman NSW (EWON).

Sales and Business Development

Infrastructure investment, business development and growth in the Hunter – these core areas underpin our desire to work closely with our existing and potential customers fulfilling regional development opportunities.  Strategic in nature we are capable of bringing together infrastructure solutions involving complex planning, design and construction issues.  Looking forward we will be exploring product development opportunities, packaging solutions and encouraging private investment in the water industry.
